VHS Tapes at Razzle Dazzle: What to Expect

VHS Tapes at Razzle Dazzle: What to Expect

There's something irreplaceable about the hum of a VCR and the warm, grainy aesthetic of an analog tape. Whether you're hunting for nostalgic childhood favorites, obscure horror gems, or just love the tactile feel of a clamshell case, our VHS section is a cornerstone of the Razzle Dazzle experience.

As part of our "Know Before You Go" series, we’re breaking down exactly what you can expect when you step into our VHS section.

Friday New Arrivals

If you want the best selection, mark your calendars. Every Friday we release a fresh wave of new arrivals across all of the formats we carry. This regularly includes new drops of VHS tapes, ranging from big-budget '90s blockbusters to rare boutique finds and cult classics. If you’re a serious collector looking for that "first dibs" feeling, Friday is the best your best option to visit the shop.

Affordable Pricing

We believe physical media should be accessible, which is why the vast majority of our VHS inventory is priced under $3. It’s the perfect price point to take a chance on a movie you’ve never heard of or to fill in gaps in your preexisting collection.

The Clearance Bin

For the ultimate treasure hunters, we keep a dedicated clearance section where tapes are priced as low as $0.25. These bins move fast and are constantly rotating, so you never know what you might find for a literal handful of change. Regardless of how rare a VHS title is, if it doesn't sell, the clearance bin is calling its name!

Why We Love Analog

In a digital world, VHS offers a tangible connection to film history. We take pride in being a destination for collectors in Cedar Rapids and beyond, so whether you're looking for a specific title or just browsing for a weekend movie night, our VHS section is waiting for you to dive in. or more, check out the other videos in our "Know Before You Go" series on YouTube, and stop by Lindale Mall to see what’s waiting for you in the VHS section this week!
